Aircraft Management
Owning an aircraft demands the right partner. At Avcon Jet, every aircraft in our care gets the attention we would give our own, backed by real scale. That scale also means stability: a large, established company you can rely on for the long term. We are the independently ranked No. 1 aircraft operator in our class across Europe and the Middle East.
Ask most owners what their aircraft cost them last month and you’ll get a number. Ask them to break it down and the room goes quiet. Somewhere between the maintenance schedules, the crew rosters, the regulatory filings and a monthly invoice nobody can fully reconcile, the whole thing turned into a second job you never applied for.
Neither of those is unusual. They’re what happens when an operator lacks the scale to negotiate, the coverage to answer, or the willingness to show you the raw numbers. And it compounds quietly, quarter after quarter, until switching feels like more trouble than staying.
Line items with no clear origin. Third-party costs that picked up a margin somewhere along the way. You’re paying for the aircraft, and you’re paying again for the privilege of not knowing what you’re paying for
A technical issue in a jurisdiction you’ve never operated in, a crew about to time out, and an operator whose office opens in six hours. Your passengers are already at the FBO.
Aircraft management touches everything: crew, maintenance, scheduling, financial management, operational support. Our specialists cover all of it.
Aircraft management touches every part of ownership, from crew management, maintenance, and scheduling to financial management and operational support, and our specialists cover all of it. Just as important is how we work with you. Our client-facing teams bring intercultural understanding to every relationship and serve you in the language you prefer.
1
Our fees are transparent, and every third-party invoice passes through your monthly report with no surcharges. Our size means better prices for you: with more than 100 aircraft under management, our purchasing power secures especially strong rates on fuel, insurance, crew training, and handling. Operating several aircraft of the same type, including a Bombardier Global fleet of over 30, adds further savings through shared crews and resources.
2
With many years in business aviation and a large, varied fleet, we currently manage 40 aircraft types worldwide. That breadth has given us deep, practical knowledge of each aircraft’s characteristics, maintenance needs, and regulatory requirements. Whatever you fly, the chances are we already manage it.
3
Your aircraft can also join our charter operation, backed by a charter fleet of 40 aircraft available today. Charter sales have shown consistent year-on-year growth, up nearly 40% over the last two to three years, and that participation generates revenue that helps offset your operating costs.
4
Our dispatchers coordinate every flight around the clock, covering flight planning, scheduling, weather monitoring, and liaison with air traffic control. With the team spread across several countries and continents, that support never pauses. In 2025 it carried more than 13,000 flights and 27,000 flight hours. On request, we can assign two to three dedicated dispatchers to your aircraft for a more personal setup.
5
Our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) handles the technical side of ownership, liaising with authorities on your behalf, resolving maintenance issues, and carrying out on-site aircraft surveys. Because we maintain established relationships with OEMs and maintenance facilities, we can secure preferred maintenance slots. Those same relationships keep your cost structures clear and predictable.
6
We offer 9 registration options, five commercial and four private, so your aircraft can be registered in the way that best suits your operation. Behind that choice is a team backed by our own in-house legal department, one that understands the complexities of international operations, including regulatory compliance, customs, and documentation. We use that knowledge to advise you on the solution that fits your requirements.
7
Safety underpins everything we do, and it is independently verified rather than simply claimed. We are Wyvern and IS-BAO Stage 2 certified, confirmation that we meet the highest industry standards and follow rigorous safety protocols at every stage of operation. Your aircraft, your crew, and your passengers are protected by those same standards throughout.
8
Flexibility is not a feature we offer, it is how we operate day to day. As your needs change, we adapt with them, whether you are adjusting a schedule, revisiting a maintenance plan, or opening up new revenue opportunities. Phasing in 31 aircraft across the fleet in 2025, one of them in under 24 hours, shows that we truly live our motto to make the impossible possible.
9
Our fleet is home-based across 29 countries and 46 cities, yet we fly worldwide with no destination out of reach. Avcon Jet was the first to land a private jet in Antarctica, proof that wherever you need to go, we can take you there. Four global hubs in Vienna, Dubai, Singapore, and Miami, supported by a worldwide network of offices, keep our people close to you.

When we say no destination is out of reach, we mean it literally.
40 types, including a Global fleet of over 30. Tell us what you fly and we’ll confirm.
Every third-party invoice passes through your monthly report at the price we were charged. No surcharges. Our fees sit on a separate line, stated plainly, so there’s no revenue of ours hidden inside your operating costs.
No. Your access comes first and participation is optional. We build availability around how you actually fly, and with a charter fleet of 40 aircraft and sales up nearly 40% over the last two to three years, the revenue meaningfully offsets what you spend.
Honestly, less than most owners expect. We phased in 31 aircraft during 2025 and one of those took under 24 hours. Registration, CAMO handover, crew, insurance and compliance all sit with our teams, including our in-house legal department, so the work lands on us rather than on you.
Depends on how and where you operate. We offer nine options, five commercial and four private. Our in-house legal team looks at the regulatory, customs and documentation implications for your specific case, then advises what fits your requirements.
There is no 3 a.m. for us. Dispatch is spread across several countries and continents and runs continuously. In 2025 the team handled over 13,000 flights. On request we’ll assign two to three dedicated dispatchers to your aircraft.
Wyvern and IS-BAO Stage 2 certification. Both audited by someone other than us.
No. Our fleet is home-based across 29 countries and 46 cities, with hubs in Vienna, Dubai, Singapore and Miami and a worldwide office network. Our client-facing teams will work with you in the language you prefer.
One conversation gives you a real number for what your aircraft should cost to operate, plus what it could earn on charter. If we’re not the right fit for your operation, we’ll say so.
No obligation, no cost, and we’ll show you the working.
