Your Tasks
- Establishing, implementing, maintaining, and further developing the Compliance Assurance Program.
- Coordinating regular meetings with the responsible staff as port of the Compliance Assurance Program.
- Monitoring of the implementation and effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions through the follow-up process.
- Proactively providing the company management with an objective assessment of compliance status, implementation of legislation and required corrective actions.
- Promoting corporate culture in regard to safety and compliance.
- Performing audits and inspections.
Your Profile
- Problem solving skills and a high degree of independence and self-initiative
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- University entrance qualification or secondary school certificate with completed professional education
- Good IT user skills (e.g., Microsoft, etc.)
- Excellent English language skills in reading and writing
- Team-orientation, flexibility, and ability to work under stress

Minimum annual gross salary is EUR 49.000. Overpayment is possible, depending on qualification and experience.
