Your Tasks
- Independently plan and coordinate corporate flights worldwide using ForeFlight flight planning and LEON scheduling software.
- Assess flight feasibility, including route planning, weather analysis, payload, and operational limitations.
- Apply for and manage overflight, landing, and special permits.
- Request, coordinate, and monitor airport slots.
- Coordinate crew duty times, flight duty periods, and rest requirements.
- Prepare and deliver complete flight briefings and operational documentation to flight crews.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, FBOs, ground handlers, and other operational partners.
- Arrange and manage all required ground services, including handling, fuel, catering, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Monitor live flights and manage operational changes such as CTOTs, delays, diversions, and irregular operations.
Your Profile
- Experience as a flight dispatcher in any OCC or knowledge of business aviation is needed.
- You have the ability to work as part of a team and make independent operational decisions.
- You seek a dynamic work environment, preferring flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.
- Holder of a valid dispatch License or a comparable license / qualification are preferred.
- You have excellent IT user skills, organizational skills, and assertiveness.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German language
